Aside from his consulting firm, he is also the principal founder of TANIC or Trans Africa New Initiatives Corporation, which is a nonprofit organization. This nonprofit company of his takes care of community work in the continental section of United States and also abroad in Africa.

Being a business man thriving with success gives Omar MMubango with such a hectic schedule, but even though that is the case, he never misses the time to serve mankind as an advocate for an eco-friendly environment.

The aforementioned combination of tasks might not be easy, but Omar MMubango is not a bit deterred. He treats the difficulty like a challenge, and this challenge inspires him to further success, serving his community even more.

Omar MMubango is at the peak of his professional career but he does not celebrate the success all by himself. He celebrates it with his community. In fact, his concerns are also inclusive with his interests regarding providing certain jobs for the people in Africa, one of the main purposes why he founded TANIC.
