Pastor Geronimo Aguilar usually makes the rounds of some twenty homes right off the Midlothian Turnpike with his beautiful wife, Samantha, along with their twenty-one month old daughter, Brooklyn. It is during these rounds that they deliver free grocery items that are topped with leaflets proclaiming that God always provides for their needs.

Many say that Pastor Geronimo Aguilar, through his ministry, the Richmond Outreach Center, is the next great hope for the inner-city part of Richmond. There is absolutely no competition here because this church has definitely no intention of competing with other church groups. In fact, other Pentecostal churches within the Richmond radius give their support to the ROC by contributing manpower to the group of volunteers and financing the ROC’s funds.

Moreover, Pastor Geronimo Aguilar became friends with the Director of Urban Ministry at the Mechanicsville Christian Center with approximately one thousand and five hundred churchgoers, Gwen Mansini. This Director and her husband, Charlie, are on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Outreach Center.

The Mansinis are the ones who funded the ten thousand dollar budget of the ROC. Although Pastor Geronimo Aguilar does not feel like divulging information regarding the salary he gets from his professional career, he states that he and his family are as happy as they can be.
