23-year-old Kyle Brodsky is a senior student who will be graduating this year at Boston University School of Management where he is currently taking up entrepreneurship and finance. His typical day at the campus consists of going to his classes and making sure that he is well-prepared for the day. He then makes sure that he finishes all his schoolwork and studies afterwards. In addition, he takes breaks in between in order to relax – this even includes working-out in order to feel good after a long day.

Being a health-buff and someone who also eats right, Kyle Brodsky is definitely a health-conscious person who is also active in life. He greatly enjoys the outdoors and does a bit of running, camping and fishing for fun. In addition, he loves playing golf which is one of his passions in life. Apart from that, Kyle Brodsky also tries to enjoy his college life by being with friends. Additionally, he likes watching movies and having dinner with them. Also, he enjoys bar-hopping, clubbing and checking out lounges.

Aside from that, Kyle Brodsky likes to keep his mind sharp which is why he loves reading books, informative magazines and articles. As such, he is known to read the “Times” on Sundays as well as watching sports related shows which keeps him entertained during the weekends.

Jon James became a mortgage banker at only 19 years of age. Becoming a full-time investor two years later, he bought and sold single family homes and apartment buildings in order to build his portfolio. In 2005, he began syndicating real estate and going into the self-directed IRA business to help his clients acquire all sorts of commercial real estate.

By all accounts, Jon James has built a successful real estate career. He is married to his beautiful wife, which he considers his biggest achievement. He is currently a Managing Partner at IRA Source, LLC where he specializes in all things self-directed, helping many clients to invest in real estate, gold, businesses, and alternative investments.

Jon James shares his passion for making investments by doing volunteer work teaching inner city kids the basics of investing and entrepreneurship at James Academics and Development Corporation located in Compton, California. He wants to see inner city kids making it in the world where he has found a niche in.

In his spare time Jon James enjoys yoga, martial arts and reading books about quantum physics and spirituality. He likes to try new things, which could range from jumping out of an airplane to scuba diving or engaging in mind/body retreats. Mr. James serves on the board of advisors of Stone Equity Group.

Howard Goberstein loves adventure so much that he oftentimes books flights to exotic places with his family. He always wants to try something new and also experience it with the people who are closest to his heart.

However, for the times when he does not have enough money or the time to go to another country, Howard Goberstein takes his family or his buddies to some professional sporting events so that they could personally watch the games live. An example of which would be his planned trip with his family to watch the Blackhawk hockey games or the Chicago Cubs.

Contrary to what many might think, Howard Goberstein actually has a quite admirable personality. However only those who actually know him know about this. Moreover, Howard Goberstein’s outgoing attitude can be further identified with how much he likes to watch comedy movies or television series, or some comedians performing live.

Howard Goberstein also likes to spend time with animals, especially dogs. In fact, he has his own dog, Chloe, which he adopted from the Labrador Retriever Rescue Foundation. He is actually the Director of this foundation, leading his team in matters that involve saving dogs that are being harassed and exploited by research laboratories for their experiments. Howard Goberstein found this Labrador retriever and decided to adopt it.

Justin Povick received the Lord in baptism in December 2009 at Calvary Baptist, State College, Pennsylvania.  Justin Povick is also a member of ThirdPlace which is a group of 20 to 30-year-old Christians whose purpose is to have a place to connect with other people and build relationships. Smaller groups of ThirdPlace members meet every week for bible study sessions. They also do community service activities which include visits to nursing homes, a big brother/big sister program and different fundraisers and charity events.

Through Third Place and Calvary Baptist Church Justin Povick’s faith has deepened and he has found he has developed a commitment and desire to serve other people. Volunteering has become an important part of Justin Povick’s life. Aside from the volunteer work he does in local nursing homes, he is also a Centre County PAWS volunteer.  On December 6th, 2009 Justin rededicated his life to his Lord and savior Jesus Christ by being baptized at Calvary Baptist Church in State College, PA.

Justin Povick is also planning to go on his first mission trip to the Dominican Republic. He is planning to go on the trip March 2010.

Conrad Phillip Seghers studied cells with defects in their ability to synthesize proteins funded by a nationwide competitive fellowship he was awarded by the Howard Hughes Institute at some point in his tenure as a Fellow/Associate Scientist in Cell Biology and Genetics from 1985-1994, and then again in 2007. A gene cloning and stress protein testing study he conducted under the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Texas was completed in five years.

A study of G-proteins conducted by the 1994 Nobel Laureate in Medicine, Dr. Al Gilman was completed with assistance from Conrad Phillip Seghers. When the University of Louvain in Belgium made him an Invited Researcher, he studied a blood-thinning pharmaceutical agent called tissue plasminogen activator. While doing this study, he picked up Flemish, which he now speaks fluently.

Conrad Phillip Seghers is also an avid outdoor enthusiast.  One of his passions is running marathons.  He has now completed eleven of them, in locations ranging from Dallas, Austin and Oklahoma in the Texas area, to the New York marathon and San Diego marathon and Chicago marathon on the national arena, all the way to the Paris marathon and Singapore marathon on the international stage.  His best time was in the Austin marathon, which had a favorable downhill slope with the rolling hills of the Hill Country region of Texas, to his worst time being the Singapore marathon where the heat and humidity stifled the runners.

While an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Texas A & M University, Conrad Phillip Seghers performed dialysis on patients and analyzed the efficacy of reusing dialyzers in renal disease patients.

There were many paths wide open for the multi-skilled and multiple degree-holder, Conrad P Seghers. Though he chose to focus on his business and finance career, he is no academic lightweight and continues to publish written works in his original field of specialization. The Journal of Molecular Biology published a work he co-wrote with Alicia Todd-Corlett, Ellene Jones and Mary Jane Gething entitled, “Lobe IB of the ATPase Domain of Kar2p/BiP Interacts with Ire1p to Negatively Regulate the Unfolded Protein Response in S. cerevisiae” just two years ago.

The University of Texas – Southwestern Graduate School published a work Conrad P Seghers wrote entitled, “Characterization of Mutants Affecting the ATP-Binding and Hydrolysis Properties of Binding Protein from S. cerevisiae” in 1993. As an undergraduate student of Zoology at Texas A & M University, Conrad P Seghers co-wrote “Influence of fibrin and blood flow on recombinant human tissue-type plasminogen activator in rabbits” with Henri Bounameaux, Jean Marie Stassen and Desire Collen, which was published by Blood in 1986.

Conrad P Seghers has thus performed medical research on recombinant tissue plasminogen activator at the University of Louvain in Belgium, as well as on the reuse of hemodialyzers at Texas A&M University, and on heat shock proteins at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical center.  Several publications have resulted.

Duane Tompkins might have retired as Commander of the Detective Division of the Enfield Police Department, in Enfield, CT; but he continues the same commitment towards protecting his community from illegal drugs that he had when he started out as a rookie police officer.
 
In 1994, Police Officer Duane Tompkins worked closely with educators and counselors toward developing presentations to students regarding quality of life issues. He founded and became an active member of Community Policing Steering Committee, a program that seeks to reduce crime and the fear of crime through coordinated efforts of both the police and the local community. 
 
Duane Tompkins’ was also responsible for developing the Community Policing Field Training Officer curriculum for training new officers.
 
Today, Duane Tompkins is a nationally recognized instructor in various aspects of law enforcement. He is considered an expert on matters related to drugs of abuse, Raves and the rave culture, music and drug influences, and drug investigations.  He also remains active in Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT), a program which provides unique, tuition-free, courses covering all aspects of counterdrug law enforcement and training support for community anti-drug coalitions.

Patrick McEachen has physical characteristics that give him an advantage over some smaller players in playing a rough sport like hockey. For instance, at 6’1 and one hundred eighty-seven pounds, he promises to be an important presence on the ice. Even though he is well built for hockey, this is not the main reason why he is being watched by some scouts.

Patrick McEachen has skills that are at the upper level, despite being just a rookie. In fact, he is skilled enough to be picked by his coach as one of the main guys on defense, even though he has still not reached eighteen years of age yet.

Whenever the coach had a power play in his mind, he would often call out McEachen’s name and send out this seventeen year-old hockey rookie onto the ice. Also, whenever the Spirit need to kill a penalty, Patrick McEachen is also the first out on the ice. Although Patrick found it somewhat difficult to adjust to playing between twenty-five to thirty minutes in each game, he is now used to it.

Even though hockey is a very intense and demanding game, Patrick McEachen has always maintained his smart side and has never lost his poise during the game. Maintaining his poise during the toughest plays is perhaps one of the main reasons why Spirit fans love to watch Patrick McEachen play.

Conrad Seghers used to work as a phlebotomist from 1987 right up to 1992. As the manager, he had the power and authority to supervise twelve to eighteen phlebotomists at the Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Although he is currently very proficient in the field of phlebotomy, he was actually able to complete all of his clinical rotations in the fields of Obstetrics, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Before he was a phlebotomist, Conrad Seghers worked in medical technology as an ultrasound technician from 1982 up to 1985, which were the first few years of the ultrasound technology.

As a member of the medical technology industry, Conrad Seghers got to travel from various hospitals, nursing homes and health care facilities all over Texas so he could provide ultrasound scans and echocardiograms to whoever needed them.

Conrad Seghers owned a variety of skills that help him in all the professions that he chose to involve himself in. This further indicated that Conrad Seghers had no problems with his job assignments in terms of the skills necessary to make each profession work.

Conrad Seghers also showed that he excelled in the field of business administration, especially after he got his M.B.A. from the Baylor University.

Bruce Caruth is man who is blessed with a great family. In fact, he considers his proposal night as one of his proudest moments. Convincing his beautiful wife, Joanne Caruth, say yes to his “will you marry me?” question makes him really proud. They have been partners ever since, in every sense. They are even also partners in business, being co-owners of the sub-franchise rights for Exit Realty in four different regions, namely, Oregon, Washington, Kansas and Missouri.

Bruce Caruth joined Exit Realty before Joanne Caruth did. He met her while she was working in the travel and cruise sales industry. After they have married, she has been very active in helping raise a sum of one million dollars yearly for a certain charity for kids in Tucson, Arizona.

They both love kids, which is why they decided to have four kids. Bruce Caruth named their eldest child Chip. Right now, he is a certified computer engineer living in Seattle. He has two daughters of his own with his wife Jody. After chip they had Tonya, who now lives in Tucson with two of her sons. Bruce Caruth other child, Matt, is currently a golf professional at a country club in Danville, California. And lastly, Justin, the youngest child, is now still a senior in college, paving his path to medical school.
